Learn how Earl Randolph, founder of U Scope Technologies and his team are continuing to innovate during this difficult time.

U Scope builds a social distancing property inspection platform to assist homeowners

Across the United States and throughout the rest of the world, the coronavirus pandemic has brought our lives to a screeching a halt. Consumers and businesses around the globe face substantial economic hazards, and as facts change rapidly, the disruptions and financial hardships of the crisis are becoming clearer.

We know, Mother Nature tends to show her face at the least opportune times: during national catastrophes like tornados, hurricanes, floods, and wildfires, not to mention the daily mishaps that happen all the time. These events can put pressure on people, displacing them from their homes when they are most vulnerable.

As people take reasonable and prudent actions to support our country and practice social distancing, we also know that accidents and tragedies can still happen, and when they do, we will need to contact an insurance adjuster to handle our claim and to provide hands-on customer support to get us through any potential property loss.

Until now, it has seemed impossible to avoid face-to-face contact in such instances, and because insurance adjusters meet face-to-face with multiple policyholders throughout the week, they are at high risk for spreading the virus.

As a solution to this problem, U Scope Technologies has developed a virtual inspection system that’s integrated into its existing property inspection platform, the PHOTO iD App, which will allow policyholders to communicate with their insurance company remotely from the comfort of their own home or business, documenting their property damage safely and securely without ever requiring potential exposure to the virus.

During this difficult time, and as responsible citizens, we must all do our part to help alleviate the adverse impacts of COVID-19, practicing social distancing in all aspects of life, including property inspections. U Scope virtual inspection platform provides homeowners and business owners a way to do exactly this, responding both to the crisis at hand and any other tragedies that may occur.

Because we believe that we are all in this together we are also actively seeking other companies looking to partner and assist us in our initiative to help alleviate the adverse impacts of COVID-19. We encourage everyone to share this campaign with your friends and family by posting U Scope efforts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and any other social media platform you use.

Our thoughts are with you and your families. Please stay healthy and be safe!
